Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 can(s) 400g of passata or chopped tomatos |
1 teaspoon(s) onion salt |
3 teaspoon(s) eazy garlic |
1 whole(s) red pepper de-seeded and cut into strips |
16 ounce(s) chicken breast diced |
3 teaspoon(s) paprika |
11 ounce(s) (300) g paella rice |
1 1/2 pint(s) 1.2 litres (6 oxo) veg stock |
1 pinch(s) large pinch of saffron |
1 cup(s) peas |
Directions:
1. Heat the Olive Oil 2. Add - Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Chicken & Paprika 3. Heat gently for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. 4. Add the rice, cook for a few minutes until the grains are well coated 5. Add the stock, peas and saffron - bring to the boil 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally until almost all the stock is absorbed. 7. Serve and enjoy!!! |
