Ingredients:
8 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
2-3 greased pie plates |
1/4 cup(s) minced fresh italian parsley |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
72 slice(s) pepperoni, fried and drained |
3 pound(s) ricotta |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix the ingredients except for the pepperoni. 3. Pour into greased pie plates. Top with pepperoni. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean. 5. Cool slightly before serving. |
