Stuffing that can be used for Turkey Stuffing and or just served with meal. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
3 tart apples |
2 cups onions, chopped |
1 stalk celery |
1 lb sausage |
salt, to taste |
pepper |
1 teaspoon sage |
1 1/2 cups pecans, halved |
3 cups white bread |
3 cups cornbread |
3 cups french bread (or 1 bag premix and 3 cups water) |
Directions:
1. Brown Saugage, onions and celery with 1 stick of butter. Place Cooked mixture in bowl. Cook apples to brown but not mushy. Mix all above ingredients. |
