1 1/2 cups onions |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
16 ounces hot dogs |
cooked rice |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. stir in ketchup, water, vinegar, mustard and pepper. bring to a boil,stirring occasionally. Place hot dogs in a 1 qt baking dish; pour sauce over. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 min, or untill bubbly. Serve over toast or rice. |
