Denauseating  With Ginger Tea  |

                    Actually an excellent drink to de-stress and feel pepped up-beating nausea was just another benefit ;-) Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 1/2 cups water  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon of crushed ginger  |  
                                                1 tea bag  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon honey  |  
                                                milk (optional)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Bring water to boil with crushed ginger in it. 2. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. 3. Strain and pour in the cup/mug, add tea bag and stir honey. 4. You can add a dash of milk if you want. 5. It is very good to sip anyway.                              |
