This is an excellent Pot luck dish! It was served at our church dinners and was always a big hit! Ingredients:
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine |
1 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz.) |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed |
1 lb ham, cut in bite sized pieces |
4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine |
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. 2. Stir in ham and potatoes. 3. Spread in greased 9x13x2 baking dish. 4. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. 5. Bake uncovered at 350* for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. |
