I love a good pecan pie! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup dark corn syrup |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/8 cup brandy |
1 cup pecan halves |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shells |
Directions:
1. In small mixer bowl beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, syrup and cream. 2. Stir in vanilla, brandy and pecans. 3. Pour into pastry shell. 4. Bake in 375 degree oven 40-50 minutes or until filling is set. 5. Cool. |
