The best lemon bars I have ever had! I have to make these very often because my family and customers clamor for them, I can barely keep up with the demand! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
2/3 cup powdered sugar |
3/4 cup butter, room temp |
1 dash salt |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
3 tablespoons flour |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
lemon zest |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Mix crust ingredients in a food processor, or by hand. Press down evenly into a parchment lined 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 20 mn. 2. Mix filling ingredients, pour over the hot crust. Bake an additional 20-25 mn. or until set. 3. Cool completely, dust with powdered sugar. |
