Deluxe Holiday Eggnog

This is party time eggnog! Make sure there is a designated driver! We use Lewes dairy eggnog, but you may use your favorite commercial brand. A friend of mine add 1 pint of softened vallina ice cream. Note: Servings depend on size of cup used.
Ingredients:
8 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup captain morgan's spiced rum
1/2 cup blended whiskey
1 pint whipping cream
2 quarts milk
1 quart lewes dairy eggnog
nutmeg
cardamom (optional)
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks until very light in blender. Add sugar, rum and whiskey. Blend slowly. Reserve.
2. With electric mixer, whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
3. In another bowl, whip cream until fluffy.
4. Put all ingredients in the punchbowl, one by one. Gently fold until all are blended.
5. Taste and make adjustments as needed.
6. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cardomon. ENJOY!
7. Note: This keeps well.
