so yummy... by far my favorite breakfast recipe ever
Ingredients:
10 eggs
4 tsp milk or cream
8 slices of honey whole grain bread
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp brown sugar
Directions:
1. beat eggs in large bowl
2. add milk and beat until well mixed
3. add vanilla and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
4. mix well
5. dunk bread in egg ixture, flip and dunk other side
6. melt 1 tbsp butter in fry pan over medium-low heat
7. mix remaining cinnamon and brown sugar
8. place soaked bread into fry pan and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the uncooked (top) side ONLY
9. fry until outsides are browned and crispy
10. add 1 tbsp butter to fry pan before each piece of bread
11. serve warm with maple syrup, whipped cream and fresh blueberries
