I use this on my carrot cake. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese |
3/4 cup butter (softened) |
16 ounces powdered sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer at medium speed, then at low speed add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Spread icing in between cakes and on top. |
