Ingredients:
3 teaspoon(s) baking cocoa |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
3 tablespoon(s) butter |
3/4 cup(s) butter |
1-1/3 cup(s) chocolate chips |
1/2 cup(s) chopped nuts (optional) |
3 eggs |
1-1/3 cup(s) flour |
4 cup(s) mini-marshmallows |
1 cup(s) peanut butter |
2 cup(s) rice krispies |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1-1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until smooth. 3. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients through baking cocoa. 4. Gradually add dry ingredients to butter/sugar mixture. Stir in chopped nuts. Press mixture into greased jelly roll pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. 5. Spread marshmallow over top of mixture and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes. Using a knife dipped in cold water, spread melted marshmallows evenly over mixture. 6. In saucepan, heat chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter over medium heat, until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in rice krispies, and spread over marshmallows. Wait to cool before cutting. |
