Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) box mac n' cheese deluxe |
1 cup frozen peas, thawed |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, draned, flaked |
1 cup milk |
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup ritz cracker, crushed |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 deg. F. 2. Prepare dinner as directed on package. 3. Add vegetables, tuna, milk and Cheddar cheese; mix well. 4. Spoon into greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. 5. Toss cracker crumbs with butter; sprinkle over casserole. 6. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. |
