Through a process of experimentation, I came up with this scrambled egg recipe. Makes a nice meal, or in my case, a light snack! Feel free to adjust ingredient proportions; this is what I usually do, but it's really a to-taste thing. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon milk |
1 teaspoon sour cream |
salt |
pepper |
1/2 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon cream cheese |
3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. 2. Melt butter in frying pan. 3. Add eggs to frying pan. 4. Constantly stir with a spatula. 5. When eggs are on the creamier end of firm (my preference, again feel free to adjust!) add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. 6. Stir with spatula until cream cheese and cheddar cheese are melted. 7. Serve with whatever you'd like. |
