This recipe I stumbled upon a few years back! It is a great fresh salsa that should be used up within 4-5 hours after made, but promise this one will disappear quickly!! Ingredients:
6 tomatoes (romas) or 3 large tomatoes, diced |
1/2 medium onion, diced |
1 clove, minced |
2 jalapenos, small dices |
3 tablespoons cilantro, finley chopped |
1 fresh lime, juice of |
1/8 teaspoon oregano |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl and dig right it! Or serve within 4-5 hours after made. |
