Ingredients:

3 egg whites

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 cups pecans, coarsely ground

Directions:

1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
2. Add brown sugar and beat on low speed till mixed.
3. Add vanilla flavoring and pecans.
4. Mix well.
5. Drop by 1/2 tsp on greased sheet.
6. Bake 200-250 for 25-30 minutes, or till light brown.
