I just found this recipe by Farmer John's and just have to have it in my cookbook! Ingredients:
12 extra large hard-boiled eggs, peeled |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon rice wine vinegar |
1/3 cup liverwurst |
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened |
salt and pepper |
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Slice eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks. 2. Place yolks and remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and blended. 3. Place mixture in a pastry bag and pipe into the egg white halves. |
