These yeast rolls are delicious!! Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar |
2 cups self-rising flour |
1/4 cup oil |
1 1/4 teaspoons yeast |
3/4 cup warm water |
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in the warm water. 2. Sift flour and sugar together; add oil. 3. Add yeast mixture and mix well. 4. Shape into rolls or roll out and cut. 5. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. 6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes. |
