Delicious Whole Wheat Bread

I got this recipe from a neighbor. DH LOVES this heavy bread and I make it with vegetable barley soup for a hearty meal. If you want to reduce the honey in the recipe you can go down to 1 Tablespoon, but we like it a little sweeter. For a variation try adding onions and/or dill.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon yeast
4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup flax seed
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Let rise. (This bread does rise, but not very much.).
3. Place in pan and cook at 350 until crispy crust forms all around.
