This soup is so easy to make & is always a favorite at my house! Freezes well too! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel |
1 (10 ounce) can mexicorn |
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (mild, med. hot, your choice) |
1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth |
tortilla chips |
shredded cheese (i like the mexican mix or taco cheese) |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef & drain grease if necessary. 2. Add all canned ingredients and salsa. Simmer for 10 minutes (longer for more flavor). 3. Optional: Serve topped with cheese & tortilla chips to scoop it up! |
