Delicious Taco Soup

This soup is so easy to make & is always a favorite at my house! Freezes well too!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 (10 ounce) can rotel
1 (10 ounce) can mexicorn
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (mild, med. hot, your choice)
1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
tortilla chips
shredded cheese (i like the mexican mix or taco cheese)
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef & drain grease if necessary.
2. Add all canned ingredients and salsa. Simmer for 10 minutes (longer for more flavor).
3. Optional: Serve topped with cheese & tortilla chips to scoop it up!
