Delicious Spinach Casserole |

Easy to make. Great for parties, buffets, holiday dinners. Can be doubled. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) pkges. chopped spinach, thawed and drained well |
1 (8 ounce) pkge. cream cheese |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
salt and pepper |
1 (3 ounce) can french-fried onions |
Directions:
1. Heat chunks of cream cheese and soup in saucepan over low heat until melted into a creamy mixture and add to thawed, drained chopped spinach. Add seasonings. Mix in 3/4 can of french fried onion rings. 2. Put into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 3. Top with remaining french fried onions and bake at 350 degrees for 10 more minutes. 4. If doubled, put in a 9 X 13 inch casserole dish. |
