banana, blueberry and strawberry smoothie that makes a lot so you can save some for later Ingredients:
1/2 banana, sliced |
1/3 cup blueberries |
1 cup strawberries, whole |
1/3 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup water |
2 tsp. peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Put frozen strawberries, blueberries, banana into blender. Add peanut butter and milk. Blend. Add water for desired consistency. You can also add 1 or 2 packets of Splenda-no calorie sweetner if you wish. |
