My friend Irene shared this wonderful recipe with me. I am not a salad lover but with this dressing I usually go for seconds!!!! I am posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
worcestershire sauce, a few shakes |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
garlic salt |
pepper |
salt |
Directions:
1. Blend all together and serve over salad greens. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt to your taste. |
