8 potatoes |
8 ounce(s) sour cream |
1 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon(s) minced onion |
2 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) horseradish |
1 teaspoon(s) celery seed |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in jackets and set aside to cool. Combine remaining ingredients, then alternate mixing sauce with chunks of potatoes. Serve warm or keep in refrigerator a few days. |
