Jam-packed with lots of different veggies and sweetened by healthy, nutritious, dried blueberries. Makes my mouth water-sweet and crunchy-perfect! Serving sizes just as reference. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups salad greens |
1/4 bell pepper |
1/4 cucumber |
1/4 tomato |
1/4 yellow squash |
1/4 zucchini |
10 water chestnuts |
2 ounces tofu |
1 ounce dried blueberries |
5 mushrooms |
1 ounce red onion |
Directions:
1. Chop or slice veggies, mix everything together, add or subtract any other veggies you'd like, keep the tofu or sub with any other protein, good with feta cheese! 2. Use whatever dressing you'd like. 3. Easily doubled, tripled. |
