Delicious Mushroom Swiss Burgers |

This is so great! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 cup small sliced mushrooms |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons butter |
4 slices swiss cheese |
4 hamburger buns, toasted |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper beef and grill or pan fry to desired doneness. 2. While they are cooking, saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic powder in the butter. (Please only use butter). 3. When burgers are almost done, add cheese and 1/4 of the mushroom mix too the top of each burger. 4. Drizzle just a little of the butter on each also. 5. Put on buns and serve! |
