Mom's recipe. Serve with my Awesome Chocolate Cake on this site.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

2 tablespoons cocoa (sifted)

2 tablespoons instant coffee (disolved in a bit of water)

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 cups icing sugar (sifted)

1 tablespoon milk (as needed)

Directions:

1. Cream butter in mixer, add cocoa, coffee and vanilla and cream together.
2. Add icing sugar gradually and milk as needed to acquire the right consistency.
