This is the frosting I used for my white wedding cupcakes. It's easier to make in separate batches for quantity than to make it all at once. Stay in the fridge a couple weeks too. Use it to frost and fill cakes etc. Read more . For me, this is the best recipe of its kind! Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter room temperature |
pinch salt |
3 tbs baking cocoa |
1 tsp vanilla |
3 cups powdered sugar |
4 to 6 tbs strong brewed coffee |
Directions:
1. Simple beat all, adding enough coffee to achieve the consisitency you want.
