I didn't eat Macaroni Salad until my boyfriend made me try his mother.... Now I can't get enough of it! Ingredients:
16 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained |
1 stalk celery, diced |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
2 hard-boiled eggs, grated |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 hard-boiled egg, slice to top macaroni salad with |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add all ingredients(except the one egg). 2. Place sliced egg on top. 3. Chill. |
