These are a great healthy snack. Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 eggs |
3 cups whole wheat flour |
2 -3 cups zucchini, grated |
1 apple |
1/4 cup oil |
1 cup applesauce |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients. 2. Pour into 2 muffin tins. 3. Bake at 350°F for about 60 minutes. |
