Delicious Low Cal Smoothie |

This smoothie is so delicious, and uses no dairy or added sugars. Change the fruits up a bit, or add more if you'd like to try something new. I've been eating this almost every day this week. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen raspberries |
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries |
1 cup pineapple |
355 ml diet sprite |
Directions:
1. If your pineapple isn't already chopped up, chop it into pieces so its easier to blend. 2. Add all fruits into a blender. 3. Add the can of sprite, add less than the whole can if you want a thicker smoothie. 4. Blend on high power until smooth. 5. Serve in your favourite glasses, either with spoons or straws. |
