Delicious Low Cal Blueberry-Cranberry Muffins!

Very good low cal muffins! You try adding different fruits for all different kinds of great low cal muffins like banana-nut,and apple cinnamon. Makes 12 muffins.
Ingredients:
2 cup flour, all purpose nonbleached
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup blueberries
2/3 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Combined all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Using paper muffin cups to fill the muffin pan, add the muffin mix into each cup.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. CHeck to make sure muffins are finished baking by inserting a toothpick in the center of a muffin. If the toothpick comes out clean without any batter, they are done.
