Delicious Healthy Banana Bread

Another recipe adapted from a Herbal Magic cookbook - tastes great!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup special k
4 tablespoons wheat germ
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons artificial sweetener
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
3 egg whites
4 teaspoons melted soft light margarine
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Combine rolled oats, Special K, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, and artificial sweetener in a mixing bowl.
3. Whisk banana, egg whites, and margarine together in a small bowl until smooth. Add dry ingredients. Mix until moistened.
4. Spray a loan pan with nonstick, fat-free cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly, then invert pan to remove.
