My rendition of the Green and Gone Smoothie at Gone Raw, green smoothie is surprising delicious, and a great way to start the day. Ingredients:
2 -3 cups water |
3 -4 leaves kale, stems removed |
4 fresh mint leaves |
1 ripe banana |
1 cup frozen mango |
Directions:
1. Using blender, blend the water, kale, and mint. 2. Then add the banana and mango and blend again. 3. Serve and enjoy. |
