This gravy is so delicious. This gravy is great with pork chops, turkey or chicken. Ingredients:
1 cup turkey pan dripping |
1/2 cup almond meal |
1 tablespoon rice flour |
1/2 cup almond milk |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix approximately 1/2 cup of the pan drippings with the almond meal and whisk until smooth. 2. Bring other 1/2 cup of turkey pan drippings to a boil in a small saucepan, and then whisk in the almond meal mixture. 3. Slowly add in almond milk and whisk until desired thickness is attained. 4. Salt and pepper to taste. |
