Super simple and healthy! Ingredients:
8 slices nature's own 100% whole wheat bread |
3 large eggs |
1/4 cup 2% milk |
1 tbsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Lightly beat eggs in a shallow dish. 2. Add milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. 3. Soak bread slices in mixture until evenly coated. 4. Toast in a skillet (or on a griddle) over medium high heat until golden brown. |
