Delicious Easy to Make Feta Cheese Dip |

Very delicious quick cheese dip, serve with bread or on top of boiled pasta and bon appetit Ingredients:
200 g feta cheese |
1 cup low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 tomato |
3 lemons, juice of |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 teaspoons cumin |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 dash salt (just a dash, feta cheese is already salty) |
1 tablespoon thyme |
1 tablespoon dry basil |
Directions:
1. In a jar put lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, olive oil. Cover jar lid and shake very well. 2. Chop tomato into very small cubes and add the above mixture, set aside. 3. In a separate big bowl put feta cheese and whisk with a whisker, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, and yogurt. Whisk well till all ingredients combine very well. Mixture will become runny. 4. Add tomatoes to cheese; mix. 5. Sprinkle the top with thyme and basil (don't mix in, just sprinkle on the top, it will add flavour and decoration). 6. Serve with pita bread or with whatever you want. 7. Bon appetit :). |
