Delicious cookie bars with chocolate,raspberry,cream cheese and nuts. What could be bad! Ingredients:
1 pkg.(16.5oz.) nestle toll house refrigerated sugar cookie bar dough |
1/2c seedless red raspberry jam |
1c(6oz)nestle toll house premier white morsels ,divided |
1c(6oz) nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels,divided |
1 pkg(8oz) cream cheese,softened |
1/4c granulated sugar |
1 large egg |
1tsp. vanilla extract |
1c slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Place dough bar in pan to soften for 5-10 mins. Pat and spread dough gently to cover bottom and 1 up the side of the pan. Stir jam in small bowl until smooth. Spread evenly over the dough leaving a 1/2 border. Sprinkle 2/3 c. white morsels and 2/3c of mini morsels on top. 2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl till smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract;beat till combined. Spread cream cheese mixture over the morsels. Sprinkle top withremaining morsels and almonds. 3. Bake 35-40 mins or till sides are golden brown and center set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. 4. refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into bars. |
