Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite sized pieces |
1 tablespoon raw olive oil |
3 cloves minced garlic |
1 tender tangerine, diced |
1/2 cup diced soft fresh papaya, cut into chunks |
1 medium red onion, sliced thin |
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
1/8 teaspoon sea salt |
1 lemon, juice of |
1/8 teaspoon stevia powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all together well. 2. Delicious any time, but excellent for spring and very hot summer days. |
