I use this with the Sacred Heart Diet and LOVE IT. Ingredients:
1/4 cup raisins |
3 tablespoons light smart balance |
3 mushrooms |
12 oz mandarin oranges |
1/2 cup pineapple |
5 tablespoons curry powder |
4 cups cauliflower |
2 cups broccoli |
1 medium onion |
4 garlic cloves |
6 cups water |
4 bullion cubes |
1/2 cup celery |
4 carrots |
1 cup chopped bell peppers |
1 medium zucchini |
3 small apples |
1 salt to taste |
Directions:
1. saute the smart balance with the curry powder for a few minutes. 2. Add the mushrooms, onions, peppers, apples, and half of the cauliflower. 3. Add the mandarin oranges to the mixture, and let it simmer until the veggies look cooked. 4. Add the zucchini to the mixture. 5. Boil the bullion in the water, and add the sauteed ingredients. 6. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until everything is fully cooked. |
