I love these crepes. I ALWAYS love filling my crepe with chocolate spread. You can even fill your crepes with favorite fruit. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
2 cups milk |
2 eggs |
sugar (add sugar as much as you want. depends how sweet you want it) |
1 pinch salt |
1 drop vanilla |
Directions:
1. In bowl A mix the eggs, milk, sugar & drops of vanilla together. 2. In bowl B sift the flour & add a pinch of salt. 3. Add the ingredients of bowl B to Bowl A . 4. Heat a non-stick pan. Spray the pan with a little amount of oil(Dont spray oil each time unless the pan starts sticking). Pour amount of the batter in the pan .Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Flip the crepe when bubbles are formed,when the edges are dry & when the bottom is light brown. Serve hot. |
