This recipe is from Busy Woman's Cookbook . Authored by Sharon and Gene McFall. Ingredients:
1/4 lb butter |
3 cups light cream |
10 cold boiled potatoes, sliced then |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Put butter in large skillet. 2. Add cream and heat on low heat. 3. Drop the sliced potatoes into the cream mixture. 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5. Simmer until milk is absorbed. 6. Turn very carefully only once. 7. This takes about an hour. 8. Serve hot. |
