a coleslaw which makes you want for more Ingredients:
300 g white cabbage |
2 carrots |
1 large onion |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 teaspoon vinegar (optional) |
1/2 salt and pepper (as per taste) |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup pasta (optional) |
200 g chicken (optional) |
Directions:
1. Dice the white cabbage,carrots and onion long and thin. 2. Mix carrots,cabbage and onion in a big bowl with a wooden spoon. 3. Boil pasta and chicken separately. 4. Then add all the ingredients and mix. 5. Seal it with clingfilm and refrigerate. |
