Delicious Chicken Marsala Cascone

Easy to make and delicious. Serve over spaghetti.
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 medium onion, chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup marsala wine
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup marinara sauce
2 tablespoons beef broth
Directions:
1. Dunk the chicken breasts in egg and then dredge in seasoned flour (salt and pepper to taste).
2. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
3. Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat.
4. Add in the vegetables and simmer about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.(optional).
5. Add the tomato and Marinara sauces and the beef broth, reduce heat to medium. Allow the flavors to meld, 2-5 minutes.
6. Add the cooked chicken breasts to the sauce and heat through, about 2 minutes.
