This is a fruity, delicious, and easy-to-make smoothie. Ingredients:
1/4 cup apple juice |
1 tablespoon instant iced tea powder |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1 frozen banana |
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional) |
