Very different dessert and tastes great. You can pour some chocolate sauce over the cake after it cools down. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 cups cannellini beans (cooked and pureed) |
1 cup walnuts |
1 1/2 cups maple syrup |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 tablespoon vanilla powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 380°F. 2. Beat eggs and sugar. 3. Add pureed beans, baking powder and vanilin to the egg mixture. 4. Fold in the walnut pieces. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes. 6. Let it cool in the pan and refrigerate in its own pan after it cools down. |
