This banana cake is delicious and always disappears very quickly!! Ingredients:
125 grams butter (4.5 oz) |
236 ml sugar (1 cup) |
1 egg |
354 ml flour (1.5 cups) |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
3 mashed ripe bananas |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
pinch of salt |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. 2. Then, add egg and baking soda which has been dissolved in milk. 3. Next, add the bananas, dry ingredients, and the vanilla essence. 4. Mix all ingredients well. 5. Bake in the oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes (check it at 35 minutes by inserting a toothpick in the center and looking to see that it comes out 'clean') 6.
