Low fat! Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain flour |
3/4 cup self-raising flour |
1/4 cup desiccated coconut |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/4 cup sultana |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
2 eggs |
1 mashed banana |
1/4 cup low-fat yogurt |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup applesauce |
Directions:
1. Prehat oven to 350F or 180°C. 2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Mix all wet ingredients, except bananas. 4. Add the wet mix to dry. 5. Fold in the banana. 6. Pour into a suitable-sized, greased mould [square is best]. 7. Put mix in oven for 50-60 minutes, checking every 20 or so. 8. When finished, serve and enjoy! |
