This hot artichoke dip is the life of any party. Serve hot with celery, toasted bread or crackers. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained |
1/2 cup minced red onion |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and onion. When these ingredients are combined, mix in artichoke hearts, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish. 3. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until light brown on top. |
