This is another large gathering idea for lunch. Perfect for weddings or showers. Ingredients:
14 lbs cooked turkey breast |
1 (46 ounce) can chicken broth |
1 tablespoon pepper |
50 buns |
50 slices tomatoes |
50 lettuce leaves |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (per each bun) |
Directions:
1. Slice turkey into 3 oz. portions. 2. Place in steamtable pans, in juice then place on ice during meal service. 3. Assemble sandwiches. 3 oz. turkey, 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice tomato, 1 bun. 4. VARIATIONS: USE ANY COMBINATION OF COLD MEATS. |
